SL2100 and SV9100 are NEC's current platforms and are almost always worth repairing — parts and firmware are actively supported. DSX and older SV8100 deployments are past end-of-sale; we'll evaluate parts availability and give you a straight recommendation on repair versus a VoIP migration.
