Repair or replace?
Avaya IP Office hardware manufactured in the last decade is usually worth repairing — parts are still available and the platform supports SIP trunking. Older Partner and Definity/Merlin Magix systems are increasingly hard to source parts for; we'll tell you honestly when migration to a modern VoIP platform makes more sense than another repair.
